Use Stock Templates:
- Stock templates located within labels allow for letters to be personalized when being created in bulk.
- Templates can be found when creating a “label” type of field.
- When entering the custom text within a “label” the template drop down is located at the top right hand side of the editing options.
- These templates will insert data pulled from the client profile that align with the field stated.
Align Your Labels:
- Aligning labels into the format desired can be quite difficult as the build templates do not duplicate the size of the letter once created or printed.
- Utilizing the Preview function located in the form actions is the best and quickest way to see where your label and spacing is landing to know what edits should be made.
Add Subreports:
- Utilizing subreports within letters can pull in useful information such as cash balances, immunizations that are coming due or any other data that can be viewed using either a canned or custom sub report.
- In order to have this report generated in the middle of text, you will need to use a label with desired text both before and after the sub report.
